Items in stock, and the mostly are all in stock, will be shipped within 2
working days of receipt of your order unless indicated otherwise, provided
payment is via the different options displayed during the order process. Orders
paid by cheque will be shipped following bank clearance. All goods are shipped
via UPS, DHL or an equivalent. I
Shipping rates vary according to the size of the order. The final shipping costs
are automatically calculated and can be viewed prior to submitting your order at
checkout.
TRACKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If a product is out of stock we will let you know - and tell you when you can
expect delivery. You can track the status of your order at all times by logging
in to your account with
your ID and password and clicking on History. If you have not received you
order after 10 business days, please Email Sales@Book2CD.com with your Name and
Order Number so that we may provide you with additional information or other
relevant information.
RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that appears to be damaged you can return them to us for
a replacement or a refund. Do not open the items if you wish to return them as
we are unable to take back any items that have been opened. All open items
are non refundable.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Do not worry!
The following information will help you process your return.
You must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email Sales@Book2CD.com
with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of
the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned
without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
You can return any faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt and we will
replace them, subject to the following conditions. If a replacement cannot be
made, we will fully refund your payment. If the items are open or damaged, we
reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable!
We will accept the return of single CDs for any reason, as long as the
same CD are returned in the same condition within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are
given on receipt of the product at our address. When returning goods for refund,
please contact us first at Sales@Book2CD.com. We recommend that all returns are
made using at least "Recorded Delivery Signed For", providing tracking of this
item door-to-door. The cost of returning an item will only be refunded if the
item was damaged in transit or you have received a product that was different
from what you originally ordered, This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped by emailing us at Sales@Book2CD.com,
please include your order number when cancelling.
GENERAL
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with
the correct product at no cost to you. Email Sales@Book2CD.com for a replacement
shipment.
We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you
can use to return the incorrect product.
