Adobe Acrobat is the free reader which enables you to open and print  PDF files, however it is not possible to create them, for this you need the whole package which is not free.

Click on all programs
Look for a folder named "Adobe Acrobat"

Is there a folder ADOBE ACROBAT ?

Then you are able to read  directly. acrobat Reader will be started up automatically by clicking on PDF files.
